  5. If you've just installed and configured Sapphire, you should try starting it
  6. up with the following command at the DOS prompt:

  8. /E SAPPHIRE LOCAL
  9.  
  10. /T This lets you try out Sapphire without referring to the modem.

  13. To try out Sapphire with the modem, enter this command:

  22. If you have  any problems  getting Sapphire running,  you can call  Pinnacle
  23. Software's Installation Assistance Service at (514) 345-9578 between 4:00 PM
  24. and 6:00 PM,  Eastern Standard Time.   But before you do that,  double-check
  25. the "Trouble-Shooting" guide in the manual; almost all installation problems
  26. are covered there.
